Order Processing

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

 

 

Order Confirmation Emails

When your order ships, an email will be sent to the email address that you provided us. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your email spam folder. If after 20 minutes of clicking on ‘complete order’ you do not receive a confirmation web page with an order number, you might not have finished and confirmed the order. Kindly contact us at enquiries@ajebutterskincare.com to confirm your order. Include your full name and order number.

 

 

Shipping & Handling

Our business days are Monday through Saturday (10:00am to 4:00pm) West African Time (WAT), excluding federal holidays within Nigeria.

 

Orders received by 11am WAT on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am WAT will ship the following business day.  Orders placed on Sundays will be processed for shipping the next business day.

 

Shipping Options

Aje Butter Skincare only offers Standard Shipping.

 

Domestic Orders

Standard Shipping (within Lagos): 1-3 business days

Outside Lagos: 3-5 business days

 

Shipping charges are based on the city of the address provided. For deliveries within Lagos, the area (Lagos Mainland 1, Lagos Mainland 2, Lagos Island 1 or Lagos Island 2) must be selected for shipping fees to be computed correctly.

 

 

International Orders

Shipping charges are based upon the value, weight, volume and destination of your order. Once your order is in the shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available.

 

International orders can take up more than 3 weeks depending on the country. All orders can be tracked via the tracking link sent by email.

 

The customer is responsible for any customs fees instituted by their country. Customs fees are not charged by or sent to Aje Butter Skincare, and we have no insight into the cost of the customs fees that may be charged upon order arrival into any country. For any questions related to international customs fees, please reach out to your local appropriate government entity.

 

 

Incorrect Address

If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout or would like to change the shipping address of your order, you must email us within 12 hours of your order. If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout and your order was delivered to the incorrect address, we are not liable for the mistake and no refund will be issued neither will we resend the order.

 

Orders returned to Aje Butter Skincare due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment of the order to the corrected address.

 

 

Possible Delays

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Nigeria and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping.
