Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is extracted from the kernel of mature coconuts harvested from the coconut palm. The saturated fatty acids found in coconut oil are mainly medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) which are anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial.

Uses: Coconut oil deeply moisturises and softens hair and skin making it a great carrier oil for oil blends, creams and lotions. Can be used at 100% strength.
